A quick note, went to Tidal Basin around noon. Blooms beautiful but a few starting to fall.
That's actually a lovely site, except when you realize it marks the beginning of the end.
Thursday and Friday look good, but with the forecast of clouds and rain for this weekend, well, get thee down there before that.
