Artomatic

Checked out “Artomatic” today, D.C.’s month-long arts festival.   Quite a remarkable contrast between the creative works inside and some of Crystal City’s soulless concrete squares that wrap around outside.

Don’t get me wrong, we had a wonderful time.   The set up this year works on several levels.   Northern Virginians who might not go to the District will go, and it’s steps from the Metro.   A lot of space is required (more than 1,000 artists) and this tall building meets that need.
