Nate Silver at P&P

 

A few other photos from last night.  

This first one is a guy who was sitting in front of me.   He turned around when I started talking to the guy beside me about Silver’s "PECOTA" system.    Turns out he brought his TOPPS card of Bill Pecota who kicked around the bigs from 1986 to 1994, so that Silver could sign it.    This does my street cred no good, but I have to admit that I did not know about Pecota the player.
